You need to say what remote, since the codes will vary with different universal remote manufacturers. If the tv turns off and you press the power after, hit the DOWN Channel button to go back to that code that controlled the tv. Please contact your cable or satellite provider and have them add the Polaroid codes to the codes that are included in their remotes. Important: If your remote does control your Polaroid TV using one of the codes above, it is possible that you have an older remote that does not contain the newest codes.
